Privacy Policy

DRAFT — complete before submitting to App Store Connect. This app sends user photographs to a third-party AI service, which is the single most scrutinised thing in an App Store privacy review. Every bracket below needs a real answer.

Photographs

[State exactly what happens to a photo: is it uploaded, to whom, is it retained after analysis, and for how long. Name the provider — an "AI service" is not a sufficient disclosure. If photos are deleted immediately after the response, say so.]

Is my data used to train models?

[Answer directly. Check your provider's data-usage terms and whether you are on an API tier that excludes training. Users ask this first and Apple's reviewers look for it.]

What else this app collects

[Nutrition logs, account identifiers, analytics, crash reports, purchase history. Health and fitness data is a sensitive category — name it if you store it.]

Third parties

[Every SDK and service that receives data. If there are none beyond the AI provider, say that.]

Your rights

[How a user deletes their photos and account, and how they reach you.]
